Propulsion That Works With Your Body. Not Against It.
POD® bodysurfing fins are developed through decades of real-world use in surf conditions that demand reliability, comfort, and control. Moulded from high-grade natural Malaysian Floating Rubber, each fin in the PF series delivers efficient propulsion, long-term durability, and a secure, comfortable fit across a wide range of wave conditions and experience levels.
Each PF series fin evolves through direct feedback from bodysurfers who rely on their equipment in real surf. The design philosophy is consistent across all three models - propulsion and comfort are a balance, not a trade-off.
PF Series Swim Fins
The PF series supports progression from first waves to committed daily bodysurfing. Each model shares the same design foundation but is tuned for different needs, foot shapes, and riding demands.
POD® Swim Fins PF1
The PF1 is the entry point into the PF series for bodysurfing. The streamlined blade provides balanced propulsion while the natural rubber construction prioritises comfort and ease of use for riders developing their technique in smaller to moderate conditions.
POD® Swim Fins PF2
The PF2 builds on the PF1 platform with increased blade stiffness and structure for more demanding surf. An integrated sole ramp-up reduces unnecessary toe movement, improving power transfer through the blade while minimising foot fatigue and skin irritation during longer bodysurfing sessions. The symmetric design makes the PF2 a preferred option for bodysurfers managing ankle or knee sensitivity, and for riders who want direct, controlled propulsion matched to their natural kick cycle.
POD® Swim Fins PF3 Evolution
The PF3 Evolution represents a significant design step forward. As the world's first asymmetric bodysurfing fin, it is shaped to match the natural biomechanics of the human foot. The asymmetric blade curvature centres load more evenly across the foot rather than concentrating it on the toe edge - reducing load across the feet, ankles, and knees while improving efficiency, control, and sustained propulsion in heavier conditions. Many riders describe it as feeling more balanced than a typical asymmetric design, a direct result of the blade geometry working with the foot's natural position rather than against it.
Find Your Right Size - POD Swim Fins Fit Finder
Correct fit is the most important factor in fin performance, comfort, and long-term foot health. POD® fins are designed to work as an extension of your body in the water - fit determines whether they do.
The POD® Swim Fins Fit Finder uses three measurements to match you to the right PF series model and size - foot length, foot width, and ankle width for strap fit. It goes further than a standard size chart:
- If your foot is slightly undersized for a fin, it recommends a 3mm neoprene sock to fill the gap for a snug fit.
- If your ankle is narrower than standard but your foot length and width match, it recommends heel pads and fin savers to secure the fit correctly.
- Each recommendation links directly to the relevant accessory pages so you can build a complete, correctly fitted setup in one step.
The Fit Finder is available on each PF series product page. Use it before selecting your size. For a full explanation of how to use it and what to measure, read our guide on finding your right size swim fins with the POD Fit Finder.
Built for Consistency, Not Seasons
POD® bodysurfing fins are made to be used, refined, and trusted over time. When your fins work with your body rather than against it, every time in the water becomes more efficient, controlled, and connected to the wave.

Natural Rubber. Natural Movement. Three Fin Profiles.
Every fin in the PF series is shaped by the same principle: the right blade length for your foot size, the right material for real-water performance, and a design that supports your movement rather than compensating for a poor fit. Explore the full PF series and find the fin that works with your body, your conditions, and your bodysurfing.
