Natural rubber swim fins do not follow standard shoe sizing. A correct fit depends on how the fin stretches and holds around your foot. Size chart guidelines and the POD Fins Fit Finder are available on each fin product page. If you have questions about sizing before ordering, contact us.

Return Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection.

Clearance and Special Items: Products sold on clearance or as special offers are priced at near-wholesale rates and in some cases below cost. Consumer guarantees for manufacturing faults still apply under Australian Consumer Law. These items are not eligible for change of mind returns or exchanges due to fit or sizing unless the customer covers all associated shipping costs.

We are happy to exchange an item if the return is due to our error in processing your order, such as supplying an item not specified at checkout. In such cases we will cover all shipping costs. You are responsible for all shipping costs if the return is not due to our error.

Returns or exchanges must be within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

To return an item, contact PODWARE Pty Ltd for authorisation. Once authorised, we will email you to confirm that your return has been received and processed.

Warranty

All products undergo quality checks for faulty craftsmanship and materials before dispatch from our warehouse.

PODWARE Pty Ltd accepts returns for products purchased via the website if they are faulty due to craftsmanship or materials under standard warranty conditions. Warranty periods range from 30 to 90 days from the date of purchase depending on the product.

Warranty is limited to repair and replacement at our discretion. Claims do not cover general wear and tear or use outside the product's intended purpose. Using any product outside its intended purpose renders the warranty null and void.

For faulty returns, email us at customersupport@podware.com.au with a photo showing the fault. Once authorised, return the faulty product to us for repair or replacement.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Straight Exchange: To exchange for a different size or product with no price difference, include a self-addressed prepaid Australia Post satchel.
  • Exchange with Price Difference: Return the item using prepaid post and include a self-addressed satchel. We will contact you regarding the price difference.
  • No Satchel Included: If no self-addressed satchel is included, we will notify you of the return postage cost and process payment before dispatching the exchange.
  • Refunds: Partial or full refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds cover the purchase price only. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Administration Fee: A 10% administration fee and applicable payment processing fees apply to cancellations or refunds. This fee does not apply to exchanges.
  • International Returns: International post returns marked as unclaimed or undeliverable incur an AUD $25.00 return fee including a 5% restocking fee and applicable payment processing fees. Redelivery requires payment of the delivery cost before dispatch.
  • COD Not Accepted: PODWARE Pty Ltd will not accept returns or exchanges sent via Cash on Delivery post.

Delivery Information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout including recipient name, address, email address, and mobile number.

These details are required to process and dispatch orders and to support delivery tracking, notifications, and parcel handling through Australia Post.

If you provide incorrect or incomplete delivery information, we may delay, hold, return, or redirect your parcel. PODWARE Pty Ltd is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
