Bodysurfing Handboards - Original Wood POD Handboard and Long Sleeve Rashie Set
There’s nothing quite like our beautifully handcrafted, signature-shaped limited edition solid timber bodysurfing handplanes! Since the late 1980s, our founder and now renowned designer, Shane Vassallo, has been hand-making each hardboard from select-grade Australian cedar, taking great care to individually number it, along with its corresponding board weight and year of manufacture.
The natural variations of the wood’s grain colouring, shape and weight make each handboard one-of-a-kind. The handboard is carefully packed and delivered to you. The board comes with a black drawstring neoprene bag. After being hand-coated up to 8 times with marine-grade wood varnish and lightly sanded between each coat.
