Surf Routine: Maintaining Longevity

A simple routine after every session ensures your WOW handboard and fins continue to perform at their best:

Immediate Rinse: Make it a habit to rinse your board, fins, and any accessories in fresh water immediately after each use to wash away salt and sand.
Avoid Direct Sun: Allow all gear to air-dry in the shade. Do not expose the handboard or fins to direct, harsh sunlight for long periods.
Temperature Alert: NEVER leave your gear inside a vehicle, especially on a hot day. Excessive heat can permanently warp or damage the materials.
Proper Storage: Store your gear in a cool, dry place. Lay the WOW handboard flat and keep fins upright to maintain their shape.

POD Fins are precisely engineered for use within the stated and engraved size range. Using a size below the specified size (by more than one size) alters the intended foot-to-blade ratio and may result in an improper fit or performance. Fitting fins to feet larger than the stated size may cause overstretching or overloading, which can compromise the structural integrity of the fin. Such misuse voids all warranty coverage. POD rubber fins are designed exclusively for swimming purposes and are not intended for walking or running, as they are not footwear. Bending or flexing the blade beyond approximately 35° in any direction may cause tearing or cracking of the blade or sole. Damage resulting from such actions is not covered under warranty. To minimise the risk of damage when moving in shallow water, swim fins should be used only for swimming. Avoid forward walking or running while wearing fins. If movement on land or in shallow areas is necessary, walking or stepping backwards will help prevent undue stress to the blade and foot cavity.
