The PF3's asymmetric blade is the most flexible in the PF Series. It centres the load over your foot and responds precisely to your movements. The rash guard covers your torso and arms in UPF 50+ Lycra, with 3mm wear-resistant ripstop panels from elbow to wrist where your forearms take the most contact.

PF3 Evolution POD Swim Fins

Three hours into a session, a fin that fights your kick starts to wear on you. The PF3 works with it. Its blade is the longest and most flexible in the POD PF Series, and the asymmetric shape keeps the load running through the centre of your foot rather than out to the toe edge. Each kick bends the fin along the same line your leg is already moving.

The asymmetric pocket holds your foot to its natural contour, so the fit stays close and steady as the hours go by. On the face, vertical rails reaching the blade edge, the same design the PF2 uses, grip the wave and keep your legs from sliding towards the bottom.

Bodysurfers and bodyboarders who ride by feel settle on the PF3. It follows each small change in timing and direction, which counts most on the waves that leave the least room.

POD Long Sleeve Rash Guard - Wear-Resistant Elbow Pads

The POD Long Sleeve Rash Guard uses UPF 50+ high-performance Lycra with a heavyweight flatlock construction. A non-slip rubber waistband sits at the hip and a 10mm board short anchor loop keeps the rash guard in position through movement in the water. The nylon-neoprene pattern fabric sits comfortably against the skin across longer sessions.

The defining feature is the 3mm ripstop padded panels that extend from the elbow to the wrist. Those panels protect against abrasion from the board surface during prone bodyboarding and bodysurfing, reducing wear on the garment and reducing contact pressure on the forearms over time.

Step 1 - Foot Length and Width

• Small/Medium: 7-8 - Length 24 cm, Width 9 cm
• Medium: 8-9 - Length 25 cm, Width 9.5 cm
• Medium/Large: 9-10 - Length 26 cm, Width 10 cm
• Large: 10-11 - Length 27 cm, Width 10.5 cm
• Measurements are maximum sizes before stretch.
• Natural rubber stretch allowance up to 5 mm for a snug fit

Step 2 - Ankle Strap Width

• Small/Medium: 9.5 cm
• Medium: 10 cm
• Medium/Large: 10.5 cm
• Large: 11 cm
• Measurements are before stretch.
