The POD PF3 Evolution Swim Fins and Long Sleeve Rash Guard suit experienced bodysurfers and bodyboarders who spend extended time in demanding conditions. The PF3's asymmetric blade is the most flexible in the PF Series, centring load over the foot and responding precisely to how the rider moves. The rash guard protects the body through those sessions - UPF 50+ Lycra across the torso and arms, with 3mm wear-resistant ripstop panels from elbow to wrist where bodyboarders take the most contact with the board.

PF3 Evolution POD Swim Fins

The PF3 Evolution is the longest fin in the POD PF Series and the most flexible. The asymmetric blade centres load over the foot rather than the toe edge, moving with the body more naturally through each kick. Like the PF2, the PF3 carries vertical rails that extend to the blade edge, improving wave hold and keeping the legs from sliding down the wave face. The asymmetric foot pocket follows the natural contour of the foot for a precise connection under load.

The PF3 suits experienced bodysurfers and bodyboarders who want a fin that responds precisely to how they move, particularly in conditions where timing, direction, and wave positioning matter most. Available in sizes SM through L.

POD Long Sleeve Rash Guard - Wear-Resistant Elbow Pads

The POD Long Sleeve Rash Guard uses UPF 50+ high-performance Lycra with a heavyweight flatlock construction. A non-slip rubber waistband sits at the hip and a 10mm board short anchor loop keeps the rash guard in position through movement in the water. The nylon-neoprene pattern fabric sits comfortably against the skin across longer sessions.

The defining feature is the 3mm ripstop padded panels that extend from the elbow to the wrist. Those panels protect against abrasion from the board surface during prone bodyboarding and bodysurfing, reducing wear on the garment and reducing contact pressure on the forearms over time.

Step 1 - Foot Length and Width

• Small/Medium: 7-8 - Length 24 cm, Width 9 cm
• Medium: 8-9 - Length 25 cm, Width 9.5 cm
• Medium/Large: 9-10 - Length 26 cm, Width 10 cm
• Large: 10-11 - Length 27 cm, Width 10.5 cm
• Measurements are maximum sizes before stretch.
• Natural rubber stretch allowance up to 5 mm for a snug fit

Step 2 - Ankle Strap Width

• Small/Medium: 9.5 cm
• Medium: 10 cm
• Medium/Large: 10.5 cm
• Large: 11 cm
