Big Surf, Responsive Flex - FLO, PF3 and Fin Savers
The POD FLO Cedar Walnut Handboard, PF3 Evolution Swim Fins and Fin Savers with Heel Protectors pair the largest wood handboard in the Hand Body Soul® range with the most flexible fin in the PF Series and a full ankle retention system. At 375mm, the FLO gives your hand a broad surface to work with when the surf has weight behind it. The PF3's asymmetric blade centres the load over your foot and follows every change in your movement. Through the wipeouts that come with bigger waves, the fin savers and heel protectors keep your heel steady and each fin tethered to you.
FLO Cedar Walnut Handboard - Hand Body Soul®
When the surf has real weight behind it, the FLO gives your hand the most to work with. At 375mm (15 inches), it's the largest board in the Hand Body Soul® range. Its cedar and walnut hull carries a deep 20mm concave and a built-in keel fin, adding to the lift your hand already finds and keeping you tracking across fast, powerful walls. A 50mm strap wrapped in 65mm neoprene padding holds your hand firmly without chafing during long body surfs. On top, the convex deck fits the curve of your palm.

PF3 Evolution POD Swim Fins
Heavier surf rewards a fin that moves with you, not against you. The PF3 has the longest blade in the PF Series and the most flex, and its asymmetric outline keeps the load under the centre of your foot rather than out on the toe edge. As you kick into a fast wave, the blade bends through the same arc as your leg, with no twisting or lag.
The pocket is cut asymmetrically too. It wraps the true shape of your foot and stays locked on when you drive hard to beat a steep take-off.
Once you're up and running, the vertical rails do their job. They're the same design as the PF2's, reaching out to the blade edge, and they grip the face to keep your legs from slipping towards the bottom while you hold your line.
Body surfers and bodyboarders choose the PF3 when the waves move quickly, and every adjustment has to land on time. The fin carries each leg change straight into the water.

POD Fin Savers and Heel Protectors
Big surf has a way of stripping fins off feet. The POD Fin Savers link your ankle to the rubber fin strap with a single streamlined webbing strap, the ONE-Strap. It holds the fin to you when a wave hits hard, and because it's one narrow strap rather than a wide webbing harness, it adds very little bulk or drag to your kick.
Around the fin strap itself, soft neoprene heel pads cushion the back of your foot. They stop the rubber from rubbing your skin raw and keep your heel settled in the fin. When the shore break dumps or the rip pulls hard, the fin stays where it belongs.
- ONE-Strap webbing connection - single strap sits flat between ankle and rubber fin strap
- Reduces bulk and drag at the ankle
- Neoprene heel pads prevent chafing and stabilise the heel
- No plastic hardware at connection points
- POD Registered Design
