The PF2 POD Swim Fins are designed as a balanced, all-purpose fin for swimmers, bodysurfers, bodyboarders, and kneeboard riders who want a more structured and responsive feel while maintaining comfort during extended sessions.

Compared to the PF1, the PF2 introduces additional structure and a firmer response through its symmetrical blade geometry and sole configuration. This allows movement to remain controlled, directed, and consistent under load, particularly in moving water and wave conditions.

The PF2 remains suitable for swimming and open-water use, and its balanced design also makes it well suited to bodysurfing, bodyboarding, and other demanding conditions where position, stability, and control matter most.

Its symmetrical design evenly distributes load across the fin, providing a stable, predictable response without directional bias. This allows users to maintain consistent movement and control across a wide range of conditions.

Manufactured from premium natural Malaysian rubber, the PF2 provides durability, buoyancy, and consistent flex. It offers a more structured, supportive feel than the PF1, with increased feedback through the kick while remaining suitable for longer sessions.

In collaboration with our rubber factory, POD was the first to introduce variegated colour straps and rails. Inspired by ocean life, each pair features unique colour variation, ensuring no two sets are the same.

Shoe Size and Swim Fin Fit

Shoe size is not a reliable guide for selecting swim fins. Rubber fins rely on stretch, structure, and precise fit rather than adjustable systems.

As propulsion and load increase with the PF2, correct fit becomes more important for maintaining control, so refer to the PF2 size chart or use the POD Fit Finder for accuracy.

Step 1 - Foot Length and Width

• Small: 6-7 - Length 23 cm, Width 8.5 cm
• Small/Medium: 7-8 - Length 24 cm, Width 9 cm
• Medium: 8-9 - Length 25 cm, Width 9.5 cm
• Medium/Large: 9-10 - Length 26 cm, Width 10 cm
• Large: 10-11 - Length 27 cm, Width 10.5 cm
• Extra Large: 11-12 - Length 28 cm, Width 11 cm

Refining PF2 Fit for Comfort and Control

The PF2 is built to deliver more support, feedback, and controlled thrust than the PF1, so a correct fit becomes even more important once loads increase in ocean use. The Mark of Quality - Natural Rubber Factory Finish

PF2 POD Swim Fins are produced using premium natural Malaysian rubber. You may notice a light white powder or waxy residue on arrival. This can come from mould release agents used during manufacturing, as well as natural compounds within the rubber rising to the surface.

This is a normal characteristic of unused, factory-fresh rubber.

• Note on Colour: The residue is more visible on darker rubber due to contrast.

• To remove: Wash with warm to hot water before first use.

Care and Use Advice

POD rubber swim fins are designed for swimming, bodysurfing, bodyboarding, knee boarding, lifesaving, and ocean use. They are not designed for forward walking or running.

We recommend a common-sense approach, such as walking backwards when wearing fins, to preserve structure and extend product life.
