The POD WOO Cedar Walnut Handboard and PF3 Evolution Swim Fins pair the mid-size wood handboard in the Hand Body Soul® range with the most flexible fin in the PF Series. The 300mm WOO suits a wide range of conditions and riders. The PF3's asymmetric blade centres load over the foot, gives the most flex of the three PF models, and responds precisely to how the rider moves. Together they suit bodysurfers who want more from both contact points without moving to the largest board in the range.

WOO Cedar Walnut Handboard - Hand Body Soul®

The WOO is the mid-size handboard in the Hand Body Soul® range at 300mm (12 inches). The cedar walnut construction delivers an 18mm concave bottom with an integrated keel fin, balancing surface area and control across a wide range of wave sizes and conditions. The convex deck supports a natural hand position in the palm.

PF3 Evolution POD Swim Fins

Watch the PF3 through a single kick, and you'll see the blade curve along its full length, bending in the same arc as your leg. That comes from its shape. The blade is asymmetric and keeps the load running down the centre of your foot, where your leg's power actually lines up, instead of letting it spill over the toe edge. It's also the longest blade in the PF Series, which gives it the most flex of the three.

The pocket follows the same thinking. It's asymmetric, shaped around the real contour of a foot, and it holds firm when you load the fin.

The PF3 borrows its vertical rails from the PF2. They extend to the blade's edge and grip the wave face, so your legs stay up instead of sliding downwards.

Bodysurfers who ride quick, shifting waves reach for the PF3 because it keeps up. When the take-off window is short and every change of direction counts, the fin reacts to exactly what your legs do.

Step 1 - Foot Length and Width

• Small/Medium: 7-8 - Length 24 cm, Width 9 cm
• Medium: 8-9 - Length 25 cm, Width 9.5 cm
• Medium/Large: 9-10 - Length 26 cm, Width 10 cm
• Large: 10-11 - Length 27 cm, Width 10.5 cm
• Measurements are maximum sizes before stretch.
• Natural rubber stretch allowance up to 5 mm for a snug fit

Step 2 - Ankle Strap Width

• Small/Medium: 9.5 cm
• Medium: 10 cm
• Medium/Large: 10.5 cm
• Large: 11 cm

Care - Wood Handboard and Swim Fins

• Fresh water rinse after every surf
• Shade dry only to protect timber and rubber
• Avoid direct heat to prevent warping or cracking - store out of direct sun and hot vehicles
• Recoat when needed with a marine-grade satin finish to keep the wood sealed
