The POD Waterproof Backpack 40L and WOO Cedar Walnut Handboard pair the high-capacity bag in the POD waterproof system with the most widely used bodysurfing board in the Hand Body Soul® range. The WOO at 300mm suits a wide range of conditions and riders, the all-rounder hand surfer that sits between the compact EGO and the larger FLO. The 40L carries the full surrounding kit, wetsuit, fins, towel, and rash guard, sealed against water, sand, and impact, with the WOO protected alongside everything else. A pairing for the bodysurfer who travels with the full setup.
POD Waterproof Backpack 40L
The 40L carries a full ocean gear load on heavy-duty PVC tarpaulin with electronically heat-welded seams throughout. The webbing rolls forward three times to create an airtight, watertight seal. Lock it with the top buckle for fast access between sessions or tighten the side compression straps when the pack stays on the back for a longer carry. The bag floats when sealed correctly.
Two IPX6-rated waterproof zipper front pockets keep valuables and session gear accessible without opening the main compartment. Upper pocket at 26cm x 20cm for phone, wallet, passport, and keys. Lower pocket at 27cm x 27cm for accessories and smaller gear. Dual-layer ventilated shoulder straps, a moulded carry handle, an adjustable chest strap, a ventilated back panel, and two D-ring attachment points complete the carry system. A balanced load profile keeps weight close to the back for extended comfort during carry. Available in Black/Black and Black/White.

WOO Cedar Walnut Handboard - Hand Body Soul®
The WOO is the mid-size handboard and handplane in the Hand Body Soul® range at 300mm (12 inches). Cedar and walnut construction with an 18mm concave bottom and integrated keel fin, balancing surface area and control across a wide range of wave sizes and conditions. The concave channels water flow to generate lift across the blade surface. The keel fin holds the directional line through the wave. The convex deck supports a natural hand position in the palm.

- Fresh water rinse after every surf - handboard and backpack exterior
- Check the seal before closing - keep the rolling area clean and free of sand for a reliable watertight closure
- Shade dry only - dry both the handboard and the backpack inside and out before storing
- Avoid direct heat - never leave the handboard or backpack inside a vehicle on a hot day
- Recoat when needed - apply a marine-grade satin finish to the wood when signs of wear or water ingress appear
