Asymmetric Fins. Organic Connection. Built for the Same Conditions.

The POD PF3 Evolution Swim Fins and Bodyboard Bicep Leash pair the most flexible fin in the PF Series with the POD Connection bicep leash. The PF3's asymmetric blade centres load over the foot and responds precisely to how the rider moves in demanding conditions. The POD Connection keeps the board connected through those same conditions - an organic over-moulded urethane design that stretches in straight alignment with the cord rather than twisting under load. Available in three bicep sizes.

PF3 Evolution POD Swim Fins

The PF3 Evolution is the longest fin in the POD PF Series and the most flexible. The asymmetric blade centres load over the foot rather than the toe edge, moving with the body more naturally through each kick. Like the PF2, the PF3 carries vertical rails that extend to the blade edge, improving wave hold and keeping the legs from sliding down the wave face. The asymmetric foot pocket follows the natural contour of the foot for a precise connection under load.

The PF3 variegated colour range features irregular colour patches across the fin straps and rails, each pair distinct in its pattern. The colours are inspired by diverse ocean life. Available in sizes SM through L.

The PF3 suits experienced bodysurfers, bodyboarders, and ocean photographers who want a fin that responds precisely to how they move.

POD Connection Bodyboard Bicep Leash

The POD Connection uses an organic over-moulded urethane design fused directly onto the urethane cord. Standard connectors use perpendicular slots or angled grooves that twist the cord under load. The POD Connection eliminates those angles entirely, keeping the stretch on a true linear path. When tested, the cord stretched up to six times its original length, distributing load evenly without kinking at the join.

The padded 4mm neoprene bicep cuff is secured with a marine-grade stainless steel buckle and split ring. A marine-grade stainless steel swivel housed in a self-lubricating barrel casing rotates freely and resists salt corrosion. A D-loop allows quick pull-release when needed.

Available Bicep Cuff Sizes

  • Medium bicep: 22cm to 30cm
  • Large bicep: 31cm to 35cm
  • Extra Large bicep: 36cm to 41cm

POD fins are manufactured for use within the stated and engraved size range. Using a size more than one size below the specified size alters the intended foot-to-blade ratio and may result in an improper fit or reduced function. Fitting fins to feet larger than the stated size may cause overstretching or overloading, which can compromise the structural integrity of the fin. Such misuse voids warranty coverage. POD rubber fins are made for swimming and are not intended for walking or running. Bending or flexing the blade beyond 35° in any direction may cause tearing or cracking of the blade or sole. Damage resulting from such actions is not covered under warranty. To minimise the risk of damage when moving in shallow water, fins should be used for swimming only. Avoid walking or running forward while wearing fins. Where movement on land or in shallow water is necessary, walking backwards will help prevent undue stress to the blade and foot cavity. This warranty does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
