Care Instructions
Rinse thoroughly in fresh water and dry in the shade after every use. Do not rub the lenses (PC material scratches easily). Avoid excessive heat; never leave goggles in a hot car or direct sun.
Selecting the Correct Fit
Use the Suction Test: Press the goggles gently onto your eye sockets (without the strap). If they create a momentary suction, the seal is correct. Note that comfort and fit depend on your facial structure and the seal material (Silicone, TPR, etc.).
Headband Adjustment
Adjust for a snug, not tight, fit. Over-tightening causes discomfort, headaches, and can break the strap. If the goggles require excessive tension to seal, the model may not be right for your face.
Care and Precautions
Always use caution near the eyes. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. Children must always be supervised while swimming and wearing goggles.

At POD, quality and safety are paramount. All lenses block UV light and meet or exceed international safety standards:

- USA: ≥95% UVB and 60% UVA
