The POD 25L Waterproof Backpack and Original Classic Handboard cover two different parts of the bodysurfing day. The backpack carries your fins, towel, and the handboard itself to and from the beach, sealed against water and sand, no matter how you get there. In the water, the Original Classic builds on the lift from your hand and holds your line across the face.

POD Waterproof Backpack 25L

The POD 25L is made from heavy-duty 500D PVC tarpaulin with electronically heat-welded seams. The main compartment holds 25 litres, enough for the handboard and a towel or a pair of fins, with a dual-option roll-top closure. Roll the webbing forward three times to create an airtight, watertight seal, then secure with either the top buckle for quick access or the side compression straps for longer carry. The bag floats when sealed correctly.

An IPX6-rated zipper front pocket protects valuables and phones from high-pressure water spray. POD uses a zip made to its exact length, with moulded, sealed ends, so there's no cut end for water to work into. Ventilated padded shoulder straps, an adjustable chest strap, a ventilated back panel, a carry handle, and two D-ring attachment points complete the carry system. Available in five colour options: Black/Black, Black/Green, Black/Orange, Black/White, and Black/Yellow.

POD Original Classic Handboard

Slide your hand under the double-padded neoprene strap; it settles onto an EVA palm pad, just above the board's pivot point. That's where your hand wants to be, and the strap keeps it there without rubbing, hour after hour.

On the wave, the work happens underneath. A concave bottom and a keel fin moulded into the hull guide the water along the board, building on the lift your hand already creates and keeping you on the line you picked.

The board is made of solid, recyclable polypropylene. It's light, it takes a beating, and it floats at neutral, so your arm never has to hold it up or push it down. Mineral-based pearl pigments run through the plastic and throw back the light like the flank of a fish.
