POD® Centre Line Snorkel - Rotational Mount for Balanced Pool Training

The POD® Centre Line Snorkel is a newer model in the POD swimming range. Both POD front snorkels support centre-line positioning, symmetrical rotation, and balanced alignment during pool training. While the first model uses a fixed curved tube, this model adds a centre-rotational pivot mount that lets the snorkel move with your head through each rotation rather than holding it in a fixed position. It also adds a headpiece that locks into ten positions along the tube, so you can adjust the fit to your face.

Like the first model, the centre-line position keeps the head forward-facing during pool training, letting the swimmer focus on body alignment, stroke mechanics, and breathing rhythm without turning to breathe.

Ten Locking Positions - Set the Fit to Your Face

The headpiece locks onto the tube in one of ten positions. Moving it up or down sets the headpiece on your forehead and the distance from your forehead to the mouthpiece, so the snorkel fits your face length rather than a single average setting.

1. Press the two release clips on either side of the headpiece to detach it from the tube
2. Slide the head piece up or down to the slot that suits your face
3. Press it back onto the tube until it locks in place

Once it locks, the head piece holds its slot. It stays put through push-offs, turns and long sets, so the mouthpiece sits where you set it instead of creeping up or down your face mid-session.
