Easy Kicking, Smooth Fit - PF1 Fins and Neoprene Fin Socks
This kit pairs the lightest fin in the PF Series with a sock that fine-tunes the fit. The PF1's soft flex keeps each kick easy on your legs, so you can hold a steady pace for lap after lap without your ankles tiring. The 3mm neoprene sock fills the pocket around your foot, stops the fin from rubbing, and keeps your feet warm in cooler water.
PF1 POD Swim Fins
Swimmers notice the PF1's flex from the first length of the pool. The rail runs low and smooth into the blade, with no vertical top rails to stiffen it, so the blade gives easily through the kick. Your legs keep an even rhythm without wearing out, which lets you stretch a session further.
The symmetrical blade and Splay Rails® keep the fin running straight, so you move forward in a steady line rather than drifting off course. It's the lightest fin in the PF Series, moulded from natural Malaysian rubber and designed to float. At the beach, drainage channels in the pocket clear out water and sand as you walk up the shore.
The PF1 moves easily from pool training to open-water swimming, and on to bodysurfing, bodyboarding and kneeboarding when the surf's up. Fitness swimmers, younger riders, and anyone new to fins find the lightweight, soft flex easy to control.

POD Neoprene Fin Socks
A long swim is where a badly made fin sock shows itself. Somewhere past the first kilometre, a stitched seam along the inner arch starts to dig in. The POD 3mm Neoprene Fin Socks leave that seam out. A registered stitch-free construction keeps the inner arch smooth, so the neoprene wraps the medial arch of your foot and stays comfortable from the first lap to the last.
If your foot sits at the small end of the PF1's size range, the sock takes up the extra space and brings the fit in close. In cooler water, it keeps the chill off your feet and protects your skin from rubbing against the rubber.

Using Your Swim Fins
Swim fins work in the water, not on land. To protect the blade and extend the life of the fin, walk or run backwards when wearing them on dry ground rather than walking forward on the blade tips.
