The POD FLO Cedar Walnut Handboard and PF3 Evolution Swim Fins pair the largest wood handboard in the Hand Body Soul® range with the most flexible fin in the PF Series. At 375mm, with a deep 20mm concave, the FLO gives your hand a broad surface to plane on when the waves are big and fast. The PF3 has the most flex of the three PF models, and its asymmetric blade keeps the load centred over your foot. It stays with each shift in your kick while the FLO holds you high on the face.

FLO Cedar Walnut Handboard - Hand Body Soul®

The FLO is the largest handboard in the Hand Body Soul® range at 375mm (15 inches). The cedar and walnut construction delivers a deep 20mm concave bottom with integrated keel fin, providing maximum surface area for lift and directional hold in powerful surf. The convex deck supports a natural hand position in the palm. The hemp drawstring cover and reusable foam padding protect the board between sessions.

PF3 Evolution POD Swim Fins

In bodysurfing, your body is the board, and your legs do the steering. The PF3 is built for bodysurfers who want the fin to follow every small correction.

The foot pocket is asymmetric, moulded to the real shape of a foot. It locks you in, so nothing slips between your foot and the fin when you kick hard to catch a wave or change direction.

The rails match the PF2's, standing vertical and running to the blade's edge. Once you're across the face, they grip the water and keep your legs up where you set them.

The PF3 stands apart for its blade. It's the longest and most flexible in the PF Series, and its asymmetric shape carries the load through the centre of your foot rather than off to the toe edge. The flex travels with your leg, and on the waves where timing and position leave no margin, the fin stays in step.

Step 1 - Foot Length and Width

• Small/Medium: 7-8 - Length 24 cm, Width 9 cm
• Medium: 8-9 - Length 25 cm, Width 9.5 cm
• Medium/Large: 9-10 - Length 26 cm, Width 10 cm
• Large: 10-11 - Length 27 cm, Width 10.5 cm
• Measurements are maximum sizes before stretch.
• Natural rubber stretch allowance up to 5 mm for a snug fit

Step 2 - Ankle Strap Width

• Small/Medium: 9.5 cm
• Medium: 10 cm
• Medium/Large: 10.5 cm
• Large: 11 cm

Care - Wood Handboard and Swim Fins

• Fresh water rinse after every surf
• Shade dry only to protect timber and rubber
• Avoid direct heat to prevent warping or cracking
• Recoat when needed with a marine-grade satin finish to keep the wood sealed
