Choose the EGO (225mm) for technical surf and smaller hands, the WOO (300mm) for a wide range of conditions and riders, or the FLO (375mm) for maximum surface area in powerful surf. The rash guard stays the same across all three: UPF 50+ Lycra with 3mm wear-resistant ripstop panels from elbow to wrist.

POD Long Sleeve Rash Guard - Wear-Resistant Elbow Pads

3mm ripstop padding runs from each elbow to the wrist. When you bodysurf, your arms lead into every wave and take the first hit when the shore break drives you into the sand. The padding takes that abrasion so your forearms and the rash guard don't.

The rest is heavyweight UPF 50+ Lycra with flatlock seams and a soft nylon-neoprene pattern fabric that stays comfortable through long sessions. A non-slip rubber waistband grips at the hip, and a 10mm loop anchors it to your board shorts so it stays down when you move.

Care - Wood Handboard and Rash Guard

• Fresh water rinse after every surf - handboard and rash guard
• Shade dry only to protect timber and fabric
• Avoid direct heat to prevent warping or cracking - never leave in direct sun or a hot vehicle
• Recoat when needed with a marine-grade satin finish to keep the wood sealed
