At PODWARE Pty Ltd, we understand that buying online can be challenging due to variations in sizing across brands. To help, we provide size chart guidelines and the POD Fins Fit Finder.

This matters most for our rubber swim fins, which do not follow standard shoe sizing. A correct fit depends on how the fin stretches and holds around your foot.

Return Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind or incorrect selection.

Clearance and Special Items: Products sold on clearance or as "Special" offers are priced at near-wholesale rates, and in some cases below cost. Consumer guarantees for manufacturing faults still apply under Australian Consumer Law. These items are not eligible for change of mind returns or exchanges due to fit or sizing, unless the customer covers all associated shipping and handling costs.
We are, however, happy to exchange an item if the return is due to our error in processing your order, such as supplying an item not specified at checkout. In such cases, we will cover all shipping costs. You will be responsible for all shipping costs if the return is not due to our error.

Returns or exchanges must be within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

To return an item, contact PODWare Pty Ltd for authorisation. Once authorised, we will email you to confirm that your return has been received and processed.

At PODWare Pty Ltd, we take quality control seriously. All our products undergo rigorous checks for faulty workmanship and/or materials before they are packed and dispatched from our warehouse. These procedures ensure you receive only the highest quality products, giving you peace of mind about your purchase.

PODWARE Pty Ltd accepts returns for products purchased via the website if they have faulty workmanship or materials under standard warranty conditions. Warranty periods range from 30 to 90 days from the date of purchase, depending on the product.

Warranty is limited to repair and/or replacement at our discretion. Claims do not cover general wear and tear or anything other than their intended purpose. Using any product outside its intended purpose renders the warranty null and void.

For faulty returns, PODWare Pty Ltd must authorise all warranty claims before the return. You can initiate this process by emailing us at customersupport@podware.com.au with a photo showing the fault. Once authorised, you can return the faulty product to us for repair or replacement.

Purchase Returns/Exchange

Here are your options for returns and exchanges:

  • Straight Exchange: If you want to exchange an item for a different size or product with no price difference, please include a self-addressed, prepaid Australia Post satchel.
  • Exchange with Price Difference: If you are returning an item for an exchange with a price difference, please send the goods back using prepaid post. In this case, include a self-addressed satchel with the returned item.
  • Not Included: If you do not include a self-addressed satchel with the returned goods, we will notify you of the return postage cost and process payment through the same credit card processing service or request a direct bank transfer. We will process and return your exchange by Australia Post once payment has cleared.
  • Refunds: Partial or full refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds cover the purchase price only. Initial shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.
  • Fee: A 10% administration fee and applicable payment processing fees apply to cancellations or refunds. This fee does not apply to exchanges.
  • Returned to Sender: International Post returns marked 'no response' or 'unclaimed' due to postal service requirements incur an AUD25.00 return fee, including a 5% restocking fee and applicable payment processing fees. If we need to process the order again for redelivery, you must pay the delivery cost before dispatch.
  • Importance: PODWare Pty Ltd will not accept returns or exchanges sent via COD (Cash on Delivery) post.

Delivery Information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout, including recipient name, address, email address, and/or mobile number.

These details are required to process and dispatch orders and to support delivery services, including tracking notifications, delivery updates, and parcel handling through Australia Post.

If you provide incorrect or incomplete delivery information, this may delay your parcel or result in it being held, returned, or redirected. PODWare Pty Ltd is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Orders may not be processed or dispatched if you do not provide the required delivery details.

Privacy

At PODWARE Pty Ltd, we respect your privacy. We keep your information secure and only use it to process your order, communicate with you, and improve your experience.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except where required to fulfil your order.

We use this information to identify your order/s, send you our newsletter if applicable, and personalise your shopping experience with us.
