Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout by Australia Post in real time based on destination, weight, and parcel dimensions. All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours from the POD warehouse in Caringbah, NSW.

Australian Deliveries

Parcel Post

Standard tracked delivery across Australia. Estimated delivery times:

  • Within NSW metropolitan areas - 1 to 2 business days
  • Between capital city metropolitan areas - 2 to 5 business days

Express Post

Next business day delivery within the Express Post network, which covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses, and post office boxes. For addresses outside the network, Australia Post uses the fastest available transport links though the next day guarantee does not apply.

Parcel Locker Delivery

Australia Post Parcel Lockers let you collect your order any time, day or night, at a secure location near you. Over 1,300 Parcel Locker locations are available nationally with more being added. Most locations are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To use a Parcel Locker, enter your Parcel Locker address at checkout. You will receive a unique six-digit access code when your parcel arrives.

Parcel Collect

Collect your order from a Post Office or retail partner location at a time that suits you. Select your nearest collection point at checkout.

Delivery Hours and Requirements

Standard deliveries arrive between 8:00am and 5:00pm on weekdays. Choose a delivery address where someone can accept the parcel during these hours. If no one is available, Australia Post will leave a card and hold the parcel for collection or arrange redelivery.

A valid recipient email address and Australian mobile number may be required at checkout to support tracking updates, delivery notifications, and secure parcel handling.

Delivery Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods including the Christmas season.
  • POD Ware Pty Ltd is not responsible for third-party delays or damage in transit. Any damage claim must be made directly with Australia Post.
  • Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. POD Ware Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address specified at checkout.
  • The customer is responsible for tracking their parcel once dispatched. Use the Australia Post tracking tool or the MyPost app.

International Deliveries

POD ships worldwide via Australia Post international services. Estimated delivery times are for metropolitan areas of major cities and do not include customs processing time.

International Standard

Tracked delivery to selected destinations for items up to 2kg valued up to AU$500. Estimated delivery 3 to 10 business days. Includes proof of posting and free return for undelivered items.

Tracked delivery with signature on delivery to over 190 destinations. Estimated delivery 3 to 10 business days. Includes proof of posting and door-to-door delivery to post office boxes, metro, rural, and remote areas.

International Express

Full tracking and signature on delivery to over 190 destinations for parcels up to 20kg. Estimated delivery 2 to 7 business days between major metropolitan areas.

Customs and Import Duties

Some countries charge customs duty or import taxes on incoming parcels before final delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are outside our control. POD Ware Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any additional fees charged by local customs.

Countries Not Available for Delivery

Some destinations are unavailable due to postal service limitations in those locations. If your country is not listed at checkout please contact us directly at customersupport@podware.com.au and we will advise the best available option.

Bulky Items

POD Ware reserves the right not to ship oversized items to certain locations where courier services are unavailable or cost-prohibitive. This applies to large items such as surfboards. Any item smaller than a surfboard presents no issue. If we are unable to dispatch your order we will contact you and provide a full refund.
