Children Swimming Goggles Flow by POD® Ware

These model swimming goggles are for children of all ages learning how to swim. POD Flow Adult Swim Goggles are also available for adults.

POD Flow Swim Goggles, designed with your child's safety in mind, feature PC (Polycarbonate) anti-fog, UV-protected lenses. The unique, soft, and flexible silicone frames ensure the lenses float into position within the frame, providing a comfortable and secure fit. Integrated with smooth silicone lens seals and a split headband silicone strap that holds its position, these goggles offer the most comfortable seating possible around your child's eyes.

Choose from the Silver/Blue Frame with a Clear Lens and the Black/Red Frame with a Black Tinted Lens; these are just two of the exciting options available.

Swim Goggle Features

  • Polycarbonate Anti-fog UV Protection lenses
  • Soft, flexible silicone frame and lens seals
  • Split headband silicone strap
  • Fixed length non-adjustable nose bridge (one-piece goggle frame)

Care Instructions

Treat the lenses with care. PC (polycarbonate) lenses may easily scratch if rubbed with fingers after use in chlorine or saltwater. Wash goggles in fresh water and let dry in the shade after every use.

  • Do not leave in the sun.
  • Do not leave your swimming goggles in the car or boot on hot summer days; excessive heat may cause damage.

To remove any chlorine, salt, or oil buildup on your goggle lenses, it is best to use lukewarm water with a few drops of mild dishwashing detergent. Gently agitate the goggles in the solution, then rinse them in fresh water and hang them out to dry in the sun.

Selecting the Correct Swim Goggles

A good method to see if a goggle suits your facial structure is to try "The Suction Test". Take a pair of goggles and place them against your eye sockets without putting the headband in place. Push gently with your thumbs in the middle front section of the lens. If momentary suction is achieved from the gasket, this model will meet your needs. This test ensures that the goggles create a secure seal without being too tight or uncomfortable.

Be aware that not every model will fit every facial structure. If the incorrect model goggles are selected? Then, there is a greater chance that the goggles will become uncomfortable and leak when swimming.

Adjusting Your Goggles

Depending on the model, POD Swim goggles come with various nose pieces.

  • The flow one-piece design and flexibility allow the nose-piece area to stretch slightly.

Headband Adjustment

A good headband is designed to keep the goggles in place while swimming and is adjustable to a comfortable length. A tight fit is not necessarily the right fit. If you need to over-tighten the headband, it may indicate that the goggles are not suitable for your facial structure. Over-tightening the headband can cause discomfort and headaches and even affect the seal of the goggles, leading to leaks.

The tighter you wear a headband, the more chance you will snap the headband strap. Again, familiarising yourself with the style of headband associated with the selected swim goggles will ensure that any adjustments are easily achieved.

Care and Precautions

As with anything worn close to the eyes, care should be taken to prevent eye injuries, especially when using goggles by children who may be distracted by their surroundings while wearing them. We strongly recommend that children always be supervised when swimming and wearing goggles, ensuring their safety at all times. This responsible approach will ensure your child's safety and enjoyment of their swimming experience.

Swim goggles may cause skin irritation for some users and should not be worn by people with known susceptibility to dermatitis. Consequently, discontinue use immediately if any irritation or inflammation occurs.

POD Swim Goggles combine functionality, innovative design and engineering using only the best materials, ensuring the highest quality for your child's swimming experience.
